“Ordered two samples of stone. Only one arrived. When I enquired about the price and availability of the stone sample that did arrived I was told it had been discontinued.”

We are sorry to hear that you have not received the sample you requested. We use Royal Mail 1st class service for sample deliveries to provide the fastest delivery for our customers. Your sample was dispatched on the same day you made the request but it is obvious a problem occurred on the way and you have not received the sample. We will send another sample for you via TNT The sample should be delivered on Monday.
