“I went to the Bristol clinic for my treatment with jane, jane was very thorough with consultation&explained everything. Was very happy with the results&will definitely be going back for further treatments with her. Also Kelly was very kind/helpful&went out of her way to get me bus/train journey times home????”

“All staff very welcoming and helpful. Marion Brown carried out my treatments and I have to say she is absolutely the best .. I've had treatments before in terms of fillers and botox but she really knows her stuff, I was a little apprehensive having had fillers before but ended up looking like the elephant man so I was keen to make it very clear I wanted a natural and fresh look and this is exactly what Marion gave me - she really knows faces and I have got back my confidence and feel I look on the outside what I am on the inside now..”

“From beginning to end, I really couldn't rate Transform highly enough. It's been such a good experience, and am so happy with the result. All staff have been so friendly and helpful, and my surgeon was very experienced and did a super job. Would recommend Transform to anyone.”

“My experience at transform was perfect. The staff was amazing, everyone of them were welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was also amazing and provided me with the best service. “Treatment coordinator was very afformative and put my mind at ease. I do think I would have preferred to have seen someone straight away who was able to do a quick examination of what could be done - as opposed to scenario based answers. However, I was treated very well.”

“As a very hesitant "newby" I approached the cosmetic enhancement world with caution. I could t have been more impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the the staff and practitioners. They take a lot of time to discuss what your desired outcome is and talk you through the range if treatments available. I felt at ease with the whole situation and am absolutely delighted with the results. Cannot recommend Transform highly enough.”

“I was told by the lady on the phone that the derma roller would help with my hyper pigmentation. An appointment was made at the Hale clinic for a consultation and the procedure. I arrived for the consultation only to be told, the drama roller wouldn't help with hyper pigmentation and I would need a 25% TCA peel. For this I would have to pay a £50 consultation fee and go to the Pines Clinic. The Hale clinic didn't know the price of the 25% TCA peel so I rang the Pines when I got home. I was told they don't do a 25% peel, only a 15% peel. I informed the lady I had been specifically told they do a 25% one. The lady said she would get someone called Maria to phone me back. I didn't get a call back so phoned 2 later only to be told Maria was busy and would phone me back. Again no call. I have used transform in the past but wouldn't use them again as I feel they have gone down hill and the customer service is poor.”
