“I felt that the service of the staff and the nurse at transform was very good however my visit to the private hospital wasn't. Felt unsure to what was happening, what time I was going to be take, the nurses weren't very friendly felt like they were really busy so were just doing basic checks so I asked if they were busy but they said they weren't so not really any excuse for they're lack of concern. Also when I was leaving no one even took me to the reception I just had to find the way myself, wasn't asked if I needed helped to change or anything which as you can imagine not s great service. I am happy with how my treatments looked and doctor was great just hospital was let down. Thanks”

“I was extremely nervous about coming to the clinic although I was highly recommended the clinic I was very very anxious but I didn't need to be at all, from the receptionist to the office manager to the doctor I was in extremely safe and professional hands, and I can't wait to return for my 2 week visit. I wish I had visited years ago!”

“I was desperate to get lip fillers but I was nervous because I'd always visioned massive, unnatural looking lips. Claire, the nurse practitioner, was absolutely fantastic! She put my mind at ease and was so lovely throughout the entire consultation and treatment, it made all the difference. I am so delighted with my finished result. My lips look fuller, but still look so natural and in proportion to the rest of my features. I will definitely be going back and I can not praise the clinic enough. Tranform, thank you so so so much! You have made me feel so confident and you have made me love my body!”

“Staff very helpful . They give honest advice...have to drop a massive bigup for Kamilla she has done a wonderful job.. Listened to my concerns and needs reference to my treatment and got it spot on second time round... Cheers keep up the good work!!!'”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. But the first evening after my operation after taking the leg pressure machine off to use the toilet they forgot to put it back on until I asked if it should be off. The next day I found out off a nurse that if they are off for more than half an hour they are inaffective and they had been off for more than that time so could have potentially ended up with a clot. On an evening because my room Was next to the nurse station I could hear the nurses chatting very loud despite the fact it was past 11 o'clock they were talking about their personal lives without much consideration for the patients getting rest after their procedures So I got out of bed and stuck tissue in my ears until I could have some sleeping tablets which the nurse asked why I had In when she came to administer my meds but they still did not keep the noise level down . I was exhausted but could not sleep for the noise. There was a huge stain on my bedding when I arrived which the nurse pointed out but made no attempt to change it as she said it would be fine. After my procedure I had a sore wrist and thought it had just had a knock this carried on for several weeks and now the vein in my left wrist is sticking over my bone and has turned Hard and lumpy down towards my hand which is really uncomfortable this is the hand my canular was in and I remember they had trouble getting it in before my op. I am pretty disappointed with the standards in the hospital with the amount of money I paid I was also a retuning customer and can not remember this happening on my first stay at the hospital. The clinic I attend is jesmond and the staff there are always lovely and friendly and willing to help out if they can.”

“So happy I chose Transform. From my initial consultation with my surgeon (Mr Persico) and care co ordinater (Sue Lipson) I felt at ease and had been given enough information. I was given time to make an informed decision-there is no hard sell! The surgery was efficient and follow up care is excellent. I even asked to change my specification on the day and that was no trouble either! The overall results are beyond my expectations! First class company, surgeons, co ordinater, nurses, medical staff, Everyone was truly amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to use Transform again and couldn't recommend them highly enough!! (I chose Transform also through a recommendation) Thank you to everyone at Transform!! x”
