“I had my first experience of Transform on 10 October and was absolutely delighted by the whole experience from being welcomed by Jordan the Receptionist, my consultation with an exceptionally helpful Adrienne and treatment with Dr Lorraine Laird. Dr Laird took time to listen to what I hoped would be possible without surgery discussing the various options. I took the bull by the horns and underwent my first treatment with Transform and I can only say I am absolutely delighted with the result. I came out of Transform feeling so much more confident. I have received many compliaments on how I look but I will keep the secret of my treatment to myself ha! ha! I have already planned my next course of treatments in early 2016 and to be honest I can't wait. Thank you Dr Laird, Adrienne and Jordan.”

“I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door of the Bristol clinic. The staff were helpful and courteous, explaining the procedure and happy to answer all of my questions. The whole experience was such that I will be happy to recommend Transform's service, both during and after the event.”

“Everyone was very friendly especially my nurse. Sometimes felt I was a little rushed through but I know they are very busy. The results I have is worth every star though. They know what they are doing!”

“The transform team were excellent,everyone was helpful,the coordinator was very helpful and informative. My surgeon was fantastic,he explained everything clearly and was charming,he did exactly what I asked of him and I'm very happy with the outcome. The care I received in the hospital was first class and the aftercare from the nurses in the clinic has been great ,I would definitely recommend Transform.”

“From start to finish I have had a good experience with Transform. Everything explained in depth but not dragged out too much, got the exact surgery date I wanted and the exact surgeon. Also got seen to and operated on very early in the day. I have recovered great and feel the emergency doctors were fabulous if I felt I had any worries and wanted to come in to see them. Overall very happy with Transform :)”
