“Great experience. It was only 8 weeks from my initial consultation to my surgery, great customer service throughout. Mr Mahdi is a wonderful surgeon and a lovely man, and he has done an excellent job of enlarging my breasts. I now feel more proportional and confident in my own body. They are perfect! Would highly recommend!”

“i was made to feel very comfortable and very at ease from the moment i got to pines hospital, the staff are lovely and very friendly, and the hospital its self was very clean. My operation went very well and the aftercare was brilliant”

“You have shared private information of mine which I kept a secret from my own family....have THE WORST complaints handlers After referring so many people to you which will equate to 1000s of pounds you have treated me appallingly. I will be getting legal advice.”

“My treatment at Transform for hair removal, although at first was not very successful. The laser machine in my opinion was not very good for my skin/hair type as I had poor results and felt I was wasting my money. But since using your new machine The result have improved tremendously. Laura who does my treatment has excellent customer service and is such a helpful and polite young lady. She is an absolute credit to Transform. Laura is so easy to talk to and she patiently listens to all your concerns and advises you of the best action to take. Cheers Pete”

“I had my second face lift with transform hardly any pain at all in fact I sailed through it with no problems at all so much better then the first time I had it done years ago”

“Very disappointed with my last visit at the new office in Hale,having been so happy with previous staff in Bowden for many years. I am disappointed with my Ultherapy treatment a year ago, and still have'nt had my review.I did mention it on my last appt but was asked to make a further appt with the person who applied the treatment, however the only 2 days of the week which I can make- Tues am and all day Friday (due to work) are not the days which are available.I was surprised that the receptionist did'nt try suggest an alternative, instead I am left without an appt and feel the Ultherapy was a waste of money. money.”
