“I have wasted my time with this clinic. My surgery was cancelled because I am a healthy person with low lymphocytes this is very normal on me however the surgeon didn´t want to do the surgery, he waited until the last minute to tell me this and even when my GP Doctor said that there is no risk. The surgeon never communicated with me because apparently he doesn´t like to be contacted for his patients, which I think is very unprofessional, I am still waiting for my refund its been 4 weeks and I dont have my money back yet. The service is very poor in general”

“DEFORMED DEFORMED DEFORMED DEFORMED... for life. They should change their name from Transform to DEFORM. Mr Nathan is a butcher, Vicky Leech (manager) will write you a legal letter saying it's not our problem. I hope you read this in time before you ruin your life with this company (which is known for going into liquidation and changing owners).”

“Only made it as far as a consultation with this company. Travelled for an hour....the appointment lasted 5 minutes due to the consultants total lack of any enthusiasm or knowledge. She was just in a hurry and I think she thought she was doing me a favour. This woman couldn’t even answer simple questions....for example she said my bmi was within the acceptable range for liposuction, when I asked her what the acceptable range was she refused to tell me and started to stutter....abruptly explaining what BMI stands for. I explained I am a nurse and she then stated that she “just uses a chart” and couldn’t tell me what BMI would be acceptable. She couldn’t give me a ballpark figure for the cost....just wrote down on a leaflet that she knows that it would cost over £5000. I wanted liposuction on my stomach, she wasn’t interested in even looking at it and told me that straightaway. No people skills, rude, lacked any knowledge about liposuction and abrupt. If this is how clients are treated prior to the procedure, I don’t understand why ANYONE would want to have treatment. Told me she would call to follow up on our conversation, 4 months later and still no call. Mya on the other hand....fantastic sales woman who spent an hour with me and took photos. Transform were a total waste of time and effort.”

“Don't go there ,was promised great results for my rhinoplasty,then surgeon said he could only do what he could do.Why make promises then?Hard sell with promises of aftercare,no way,they even knocked my teeth out during procedure witch they even were reluctant to pay for”

“Waited for 35 mins at Turkey Mill, Maidstone, with no explanation or apology. As someone else has said they obviously didn't consider me important enough to even come into the waiting room and speak to. I don't wait for anyone for 35 mins, especially someone who is potentially trying to make thousands from me! I'm off elsewhere - plenty of choice out there”

“I had a tummy tuck in November 2016 perform by Mr Bhaty I am very unhappy with the result he also made me feel very uncomfortable after the op . I was sent home with a very low HB and told to go to my GP after 2yrs and 3mths my tummy is very unsightly he offered to do another op but I don’t trust him and I would NOT RECOMMEND him or transform”

“I had a facelift with Mr Mahdi, it went wrong and my face developed necrosis, Transform did not treat it correctly and claim they were not insured, they didn’t even refund the cost of the operation, they lied about liability until after legal case the surgeon admitted he made the mistake. Transform still will not repay the cost of the operation even now after nearly 6 years later”

“Appointment made at Liverpool Rodney Street. Unfortunately I waited 45 minutes in waiting room before explaining to reception that even if I was seen now, I wouldn't have enough time to go through a thorough consultation. I am still waiting for an apology from the surgeon and a rebook appointment. Left feeling like a number... not an important customer!”

“I would give no stars if I could there so quick to take your money and give you zero after care the nurse in Nottingham is useless don’t no how she still has a job there I had breast implants and been very unwell after having them and they don’t want to no”

“I had a breast augmentation with transform it went torally wrong the surgeon then left.mr selvagi .and no one would take on a bodge job so I now have two totally odd boobs because he never used a band on me to keep them down I've been trying to fight this bit transform just do not want yo know .I would never recommend transform to anyone.they lack compassion and are in it for the money nothing else I'm left worse now than I was before.”

“I have had Botox and fillers for twenty years at various beauty clinics in the UK and Spain. Last year I was tempted to change to Transform due to their offer of three areas of Botox for £299. The first dosage worked well and when I was due again I returned back to the Reading branch of Transform. This time I did not get the same Therapist and during the proceedure to forehead, between eyebrows and crowsfeet around the eyes, the therapist could not remember whether she had injected the area between my eyebrows. It was agreed that I could come back for a check up within a month but due to the Xmas holidays an appointment couldn't be made for six weeks! During Christmas I had one eyebrow higher than the other and the frown and crowsfeet lines were no different to before the proceedure. I returned for my check up to feel as if I was trying to con them and yet it was very clear things had not worked well from my last proceedure. Eventually after waiting around for photographs taken the time before and then not being found, I was given more Botox to correct the eyebrow and botox into the area between the brow and to the crow's feet lines. They then said I would need to come back in six weeks for the entire proceedure again! Incidentally the product has now worked and my eyebrows are almost level! Botox administered properly ( for me) will last three months and therefore I can only conclude that the £299 is not a bargain if you only get six weeks of the correct amount of product and spend six weeks with one brow higher than the other and no improvement to the other two areas. I have spoken to Transform and they do not offer an appology. Their only explaination is " Botox works differently on different people"and that maybe true had I not been using the product without problems (when administered elsewhere),for many years. The only conclusion I can come to is, the deals they offer are based on using less product or of lower strength. So be very cautious. Maybe you get what you pay for and they know in the long run you will need to come back more often. Not such a bargain after all and a lesson learnt.”

“There’s no such thing as aftercare . I’ve rang so many times to have a follow up with my rhinoplasty and they honestly don’t care. I have been told too many times I would have a call back and no one bothers. I would of never of gone with this company if I knew this was this bad.”

“I had fillers , contacted Peterborough was told I would get a call back the next day, 2 days later I rang was offered an appoint W tv with a different lady and declined was told this would be after Xmas which wasn’t a problem promised a call back that day 3 days later nothing , the manager Kelly was suppose to ring me, no call. After sales shocking don’t go near them”

“I am left disfigured after facial surgery with Transform. After a lower neck and facelift I needed a second surgery to correct the first procedure, this looked worse than ever. I have been to see another surgeon at Transform who agrees I need to have the operation done again (third time). Transform only want me to go back to the butcher that bodged my face twice already! That is not going to happen. After two years of wearing neck scarfs I am no closer to getting my disfigurement corrected, totally depressed and disgusted. The procedure cost over £7500 with months off work to recover.”
