“Staff are lovely. Very friendly, professional & listen to your needs etc. The premises in cardiff bay felt very professional and welcoming. Unfortunately the new premises in cardiff city centre felt less professional and quite cramped being at the very top of the building.”

“I am happy with the detailed explanation and discussion I had with both Louise and Mandi on a particular sensitive issue. However I did have concerns with the treatment I have had so far as I have had a far more adverse reaction than I anticipated. The fact I have spoken with Louise since has clarified a few concerns I had so in general I am happy with what Transform have done so far.”

“I've had quite a few fillers done in Reading and always been pleased with the result however I had Some done on Tuesday last week and I still have bruising over a week later which I'm not so happy about.”

Hi there - thanks for your review. On occasion, some patients will experience some bruising and they are always told of this before the treatment is administered. It's always very superficial and shouldn't last too long. Thanks x

“I have been attending Transform for 15 years. I find the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside is that I experience a lot of bruising when receiving botox injections that can take upto 2 weeks to subside. I've tried Arnica but this does not help. I know the temperature of room where I get my injections is far too hot (no air con) and this dilates my blood vessels making me bruise very easy. it would be a simple solution to make the room cooler thus helping with the bruising.”

“Treatment coordinator was very afformative and put my mind at ease. I do think I would have preferred to have seen someone straight away who was able to do a quick examination of what could be done - as opposed to scenario based answers. However, I was treated very well.”

“I am very pleased with the results, since the swelling has gone down. I am having more treatments shortly and am fully converted to the procedure done. The clinic was pleasant staff helpful and corteous .”

“I had a consultation with one doctor who made a recommendation for a voluma 7 point 'face-lift' When I returned to have the treatment, a different doctor recommended a different treatment - fillers around mouth and botox! I went ahead but because of the change, it felt a bit rushed and new cost not given. The result was an improvement but not perfect (filling deep lines from nose to mouth created new creases on top lip), and I experienced particularly bad bruising which I was not prepared for - it would have been helpful to have some ice packs, cover up make-up available for sale or some arnica. Overall I am pleased with the treatment and will come back again in the future but it was a 7 out of 10 experience and there is potential to make improvements.”

“Can't fault the operation I had but the non surgical procedures treatments I'm a little disappointed. Botox only lasts 2 months and for the money it's not worth it. I had injections in my lips and it lasted two weeks whiles it was swollen and bruised, after that I couldn't see any difference nor my critical friends. Really disappointed and don't feel it's worth the money”

Hi there - thanks for your feedback. Botox is only a temporary treatment and on average lasts between 3-4 months, however on some patients, it has been known to last for two months. Regarding your lip filler treatment, it should definitely last for at least 2/3 months. “Excellent service, couldnt fault anything until after the operation. Its now been 4 months and still not been able to see the surgeon for my 6 week check!!!”

“Treatment excellent, I woukd highly recommend Dr Gabi. Receptionist not heloful, didn't apoear interested strugged to work out the price so I had to pay for the treatment I had on the day and call back to pay the balance.”
