“- Always have tried to accommodate requests 4 or 6 weeks in advance. - Any requests during treatment have already been taken in to account. Example: warmer gels instead of colder gels. - A very honest opinion of how far we are in terms of the overall treatment and how many more treatments might be needed. - Clinics are very well maintained and are of a very high standard and quality. - Nice and warm seating area for members with welcoming tea/coffee/water to help ourselves.”

“Treatment was of high quality and was impressed with the results. Customer service was what let them down. If I ever rang to speak to my practioner she was never available to speak to directly which is understandable so I would leave a message with the receptionist but would never get a call back and would have to phone again.”

“Everything to do with my procedure went without a hitch ! I had a couple of little minor issues post -op but these were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Due to the type of my procedure I had , the full effect will not be seen properly for another few months yet but up until now recovery has been remarkable.”

“Came out of surgery,was offered a cup of tea waited and waited left on the bed without nurse call so couldn't even get the day staff.After waiting an hour and half not even been checked on LUCKILY I had my remote and had no further option but to bang on my bed.After that two day staff came in (the one who offered me the cup of tea also) I was outraged and stated I was still waiting for my drink and dinner as I hadnt eaten or drank anything for 23hours all I got was an appolodgy.THEN when the same women came in to give me my cup of tea she ran over my drains with the side table and nearly ripped them out my side.night nurse couldn't thank quick enough she was in an out every hour probably like the day staff should of been!I have worked as a health assistant and they didn't have a clue ! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.”

“I can proudly recommend transform to all friends and families expecially Mr. Nathan and his professional, dedicated, respectful and caring clinicians at the hospital. The staff at Cavendish new street are excellent bunch of team with excellent communication skills and commitment. I love my new boobs, very proud and happy and thank all the staff for letting me fulfil my dreams. I have no regrets for choosing transform. The environments are clean and tidy, free from odour, food and presentation very good, call bells were answered promptly and detailed explanations were given to any questions asked. Staff very friendly, always smiling when attending to me which made me feel valued and individualised care given. I look forward too doing more surgeries at transform and with Mr Nathan and team. The Most memorable bits of my surgery was In the theatre werein all the team engaged me in conversation so that i cannot feel the needle going for the anesthetics and by the time i can say anything i found myself in the recovery room. That was funny and brilliant, i loved it !!!!!!!!.”

“I would definitely always go to transform in the future, all the staff were so nice and my surgeon Mr Ibraheim was lovely, he has a very sunny disposition and every time I met with him he made me feel comfortable and at ease to talk openly about my concerns and surgery. I was recommended Mr Ibraheim from family member. My patient care coordinator Sheila Greig was very supportive and listened to everything I had to say, it felt like such a relief to be able to talk to someone about why I wanted surgery, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I was treated very well by everyone at transform. Thank you.”

“I was recomended to Transform from a friend.I had high expectations and Transform did not live up to what I thought it would be.Since having to go else where (because two surgeons refused to do a Breast Uplift and Enlargement) and I was not prepared to commute to even further away clinics .I think Transform just want easy simple procedures so you are in and out and paid for.The experience was very upsetting and the environment you are in offers no discretion.My tears were for all to see as the waiting and consultation area are not very private.I must say tho the advice of what surgery was needed was spot on.I have now gone to Spire hospital Harpendon and the whole experience so far is so much more better.more privacy,the surgeon echoed what Tramsform surgeons explained but in a more friendly people manner.more easily understood.I was made to feel at ease not awkward,and feel reassured with his experience,qualifications and results he can offer.”
