I have never had this before, but even after a top up 3 weeks later the lines are still there. I am talking to my practitioner again on Wednesday but don't relish more needles in my face.

Can't fault the operation I had but the non surgical procedures treatments I'm a little disappointed. Botox only lasts 2 months and for the money it's not worth it. I had injections in my lips and it lasted two weeks whiles it was swollen and bruised, after that I couldn't see any difference nor my critical friends. Really disappointed and don't feel it's worth the money

Hi there - thanks for your feedback. Botox is only a temporary treatment and on average lasts between 3-4 months, however on some patients, it has been known to last for two months. Regarding your lip filler treatment, it should definitely last for at least 2/3 months. I have been going to the Leeds branch of this company for about 15 months I am 67 years old and have never been for any cosmetic treatment before I chose this company because it is the longest running cosmetic company in this country and has been on tv I take pride in my appearance and was unhappy about my lower face area which is thin and when you get older and your skin goes thinner if their is no fat to support it the wrinkles look worse and no amount of artistic make up will change it,Financially I could not keep up with botox but was advised by the consultant about sculptra everything was explained that I must have patience as the results take some time to show it takes months but I had every confidence as the young woman I spoke to was truthfull about how long it might take and it is good because it is so long term and gradual that you are not wrinkled one day and wrinkle free the next I am now so pleased with the effect I am not wrinkle free but they have made my cheek area more pronounced and my jaw area is plumper and it has given me so much more confidence I am quite a dowm to earth person and am quite happy to let them put the numbing cream on my face in the waiting room room as I say we are all here for the same reason to make something better .Ihave every confidence in this company.I am pleased with the results so far.

The staff at the clinic and the hospital were very friendly and attentive. Really impressed with the final results. No regrets over choosing Transform.

I attended a consultation, which was with the patient co-ordinator. On this visit I was informed that for a short wait I could see the surgeon. I waited 45 minutes to be told he had to leave. I rebooked this appointment with the reception, to then receive a call from the co-ordinator asking how my appointment with the surgeon went (lack of communication). I'd mentioned it didn't go ahead, so she apologised and asked if I'd like to rebook - advising I had already she wished me luck. I then visited a second time to see the surgeon, he was lovely & gave me confidence. However, what he told me has been different to the other 3 consults I've had elsewhere. I didn't hear from the company for a month after the consultation. I contacted them, as there was known from the co-ordinator. Because of this lack of communication I decided to go elsewhere. I informed them I'd be going elsewhere and then received an email advising that WHEN I was ready to book to get in touch. Obviously not listening to me when I said I'd be going else where. If the communication in Transform had been better and their contact with me, I may have decided differently. Especially as I've been with them before and had a fantastic service from start to finish. Very disappointing experience this time around.

My review with Mr Tahery was cancelled and a letter was sent to my old address even though Karen put a note on my file to send letters to my parents address. I have now missed my appointment and have been told if I want to see him I need to go to Manchester from Lincoln. This was not my error I have now been left with a long wonky nose my stitch has not healed properly this is unacceptable. I have called Karen 4 times the last 2 days and have not had a call back.

Ive had a great experience with Transform from beginning to present time. I was very well looked after by all staff and medical team. Tess Miller and Donna have provided excellent after care and I'd like to thank my wonderful surgeon for his steady hand and great skill (mr Ottovani). Transform has done for me what I could never have done for myself. I rate the organisation and all of its staff as excellent. My thanks to all of you. Patricia

From the moment I called to book a consultation, I felt completely relaxed. All the staff from the call centre through to the hospital staff were so friendly and supportive. I didn't feel alone at all. Thank you to everyone who contributed ????.

Excellent service, couldnt fault anything until after the operation. Its now been 4 months and still not been able to see the surgeon for my 6 week check!!!

I went to the birmingham clinic for a breast enlargement/uplift consultation. The first lady i saw was very nice, welcoming and made me feel at ease. I then went back to the clinic at a later date to have a consultation with my surgeon. It was a german lady with light hair (cant remember her name). She was unbelievably rude from the moment i walked in. Without introducing herself or even saying hello, she told me to take my top off. She then told me to choose a size implant to try on. She didnt assist me at all, and in fact was going through other paperwork on her desk that had nothing to do with my consultation. She questioned me as to why i wanted the procedure, as i havent had children and am 27. I explained to her my reasons, and then went on to ask further questions but she told me there was nothing else she could tell me. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and i left the clinic in tears as she had made me feel stupid for even being there. The clinic is lovely, and the girls on reception and the 1st lady i saw were lovely, but there is no way i would ever use transform now because of that surgeon!!

I am the happiest girl at the moment. Transform did a wonderful job with my new bust. I feel like a real woman now. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, i would reccomend Transform to anyone.

I am hoping to use transform in the future so my 2 star rating is only based on my disappointing experience so far. I am a type 1 diabetic with average blood glucose control. I had been having some difficulties with my blood sugar as I had been using an insulin pump which I was struggling with. I explained that my blood sugars were not fantastic at 3 appointments and asked if this would be an issue, I was told no and to discuss this with the nurse (at appointment no 3) again the nurse told me that they are usually happy with a hba1c blood test reading of below 10. I guessed mine would be around the 10 mark so paid in full. My blood was 9.9 at my pre-op blood test the week before my surgery, the surgery was cancelled because the anaesthetist wasn't happy and wanted a reading of 8.5 which is transform policy (I had never been told this even though I had asked at all of my appointments) I was refunded all apart from 250 deposit, a couple of months later I had another test which was 8.5, I was delighted thinking the surgery would be re-booked. This time I was told the anaesthetist wanted my reading lower and steady for 6 months. Total disappointment for the second time. I also cannot have the £250 returned, which I don't mind as my bloods are improving and I still want the surgery. Although I understand the reasons for this ie, my health being top priority, My major issue is that if I had been told on day 1 that I had to have a hba1c blood test of less than 8.5 which had been steady for 6 months I wouldn't have made 3 400 mile round trips, been totally devastated twice and I would have £250 in my own bank rather than sitting in transforms bank which I may actually never get back if the anesthetiser decides he will not perform the surgery again. I think the patient co-ordinators should be aware of there policies and should not be so quick to take deposit when there are questionable circumstances.
