“Unfortunately there were some issues with the times for my appointment which the Reading clinic cancelled twice and had to reschedule due to the doctor needing to collect children. For this inconvenience they did offer me a complimentary micro-dermabrasion. I have been having botox for 5 years now and I have to say that it is by far the most painful I have ever experienced, almost like the need was too big, I'm not sure what it was but I never find botox painful and this was extremely painful. The morning after my treatment I woke up with a black eye and oddly not where the needle had been inserted but actually my whole lid which I found strange. As for the results, I feel that too much was used as i now have a very heavy brow feeling which again I have never had before and in fact my left eye lid is hanging over quite a bit. My forehead is very smooth however the constant heavy forehead feeling is not great.”

“I had a consultation with one doctor who made a recommendation for a voluma 7 point 'face-lift' When I returned to have the treatment, a different doctor recommended a different treatment - fillers around mouth and botox! I went ahead but because of the change, it felt a bit rushed and new cost not given. The result was an improvement but not perfect (filling deep lines from nose to mouth created new creases on top lip), and I experienced particularly bad bruising which I was not prepared for - it would have been helpful to have some ice packs, cover up make-up available for sale or some arnica. Overall I am pleased with the treatment and will come back again in the future but it was a 7 out of 10 experience and there is potential to make improvements.”

“I cannot rate Transform highly enough. From the first consultation to the procedure and aftercare it has been amazing. My surgeon Dr Lutz made sure that I was not going through with something that I was possibly unsure about which I think is very important. Thank you Transform!!”

“I have an amazing experience with transform. I was nervous as I have never had any type of medical procedure and being only 20, but transform made me feel so at home and comfortable and every single member of staff was friendly and professional. My surgeon also made me feel extremely comfortable and I wasn't nervous about the procedure with him. My procedure went perfectly and the aftercare transform has provided me has been amazing. I would definitely recommend transform and if I ever needed anything else I wouldn't think twice about coming back!”

“I had fillers in and around my lips. Had this treatment a couple of times before. Have used Transform for other treatments. Transform is a place where you feel special, everyone is attentive and professional. This time I had bruising to my face which lasted 3 weeks and a sore appeared on my lip that was unsightly. Had the treatment done 4 weeks ago and it appears to be diminishing slowly already, usually last for 6 mnths. Would still use Transform again as I trust them.”
