“Sorry but the lady who did my botox the last time and the time before that in the London branch made me feel very uncomfortable .. Like I needed so much work and she even said ..um 'no I won't say anything' ... She also left me with bruising from the botox I've been having botox for years and it's the first time I bruised .. She then insisted I must have been drinking the night before .. I really like Transform and the Fulham branch but the dark haired foreign woman really doesn't make me want to come back”

“From my very first contact with transform to present the service has been first class, so very professional and I have always felt so at ease, it was such a huge decision to make having breast enlargement but not once did I ever have doubts with regards to the transform company, I was picked up by transport arranged by transform and he was absolutely brilliant so chatty on the way up and back felt like someone id known for a while rather than stranger, and also the lady on reception in London (Sandra) so friendly and welcoming, to the staff on duty so very pleasant, can't fault anything, I would definitely recommend transform to friends. Thank you”

“Hospital nice. Wasn't happy with some of nursing staff. An email from my patient coordinator before week before my operation to wish me good luck would have been nice or even afterwards to see how I am would have been nice but heard nothing !! Made me feel like I was just a number !! Nurse who took splint off was lovely and a lot better than nurses in hospital.”

“I can't recommend transform enough! They made all my appointments around my working hours. They were extremely clear and friendly about the whole procedure. The surgeon really took his time with me so I knew Al the pros and cons of the procedure. I find this company a great pleasure to be going through. Customer experience is 110%. I'm a 23 year old girl and I find talking about the surgery I wanted very embarrassing, however with transform they were so easy to talk to, I was even able to email questions when I started to panic again! Thank you for all your support on my big new journey. All the best”

“Had fillers which left me looking extremely bruised. No aftercare appointment was made for me. Also I called to ask if I was going to receive an aftercare appointment and they said they'd get someone to call back. I had 1 missed call no other contact received. Won't use again. Sorry.”

“I am due to have my open rhinoplasty in September 2015 with Mr lahoud my free consultation was very informative and Mr lahoud made me feel relaxed and at ease the team at transform are very polite and professional I can't fault them at all now I can't wait for my operation!!”
