“This is my second time. Both times it has been a stress free experience... Dr. Clarke was fantastic.. All staff and nurses very pleasant.. Wouldn't go anywhere else... The only down side was that one of your receptionist discussed me outside of transform.... Luckily no harm done. X thanks again for everything. X”

“The transforms team made me feel very comfortable especially when i very nervous regarding my procedure. They explained everything in detail and was so helpful. I really wouldn't want to go anywhere else for future procedures.”

“It's been 12 weeks since my op and my eyes are looking good ???? And only going to get better everyone one at transform was very nice helpful and informative mr mashhadi did a great job and I'm very happy”

“I had a tummy tuck in December 2015, with transform. My surgeon Mr persico and his team were absolutely fantastic, as we're all the staff at the clinic in leeds. I developed a haematoma shortly after coming back from surgery and found myself back in surgery within 12 hours to have it removed. Mr persico and all his team were very efficient and brilliant at easing my concerns. I have been given and am still receiving absolutely fantastic care, I am so glad I chose transform. My decision to have this major surgery took me 15 years and a lot of research. I would recommend anyone thinking of having this done to contact transform and get booked in with Mr persico he is an amazing surgeon and my results are amazing after only 10 weeks post op. I am excited to see the final results over the next coming year. Emma”

“Good location Pleasant building Dr was very likeable and nice nature, took his time and explained well Results on lips extremely subtle I have a small lump on bottom right hand side lip that is causing a little discomfort”

“Not very good considering I've had an infection and my breadt are now leaking milk n can't afford perscription that is £70 and my breadt are odd sizes”

“amazing staff and service i was very pleased with the result the practitioner was very thoughtful and knew exactly what i wanted. She was very gentle and helped me clear any doubts i had and i was satisfied with the end result of my dermal fillers!”
