“I submitted my order for a package to France in the morning, a courier picked it up mid afternoon and by the evening tracking showed it was on its way to France. Very efficient so far. Next morning though the tracking showed it had arrived in Germany! I contacted Transglobal who were very helpful and checked with the courier, then assured me it was not lost but would be delivered the following day. Thankfully it was. The delay was not Transglobal’s fault and their customer service department was excellent - they answered the phone straight away and were really helpful - so 5 stars from me!”
“Order Details: TP-3926124 Small parcel sent to Australia on 31st October containing gifts for grandson’s birthday. Service quoted 6 to 9 days but took 24 days and missed his birthday. Very disappointed. Have used your service for several years without a problem so very surprised with poor service this time.
Contacted your customer service who didn’t provide any explanation other than to advise of delay and to keep checking online tracking.”

“I used Transglobal Express to ship two boxes of personal belongings to my new home in the US. The price was good and service at the UK end was great, with very helpful staff. The boxes were also delivered very quickly (two days from door to door).
Unfortunately, one of the boxes (provided by Transglobal Express themselves) was ripped badly when it arrived. And despite a liberal amount of bubble wrap, thick tape and towels for extra protection, several paintings inside both boxes had their glass shattered. An ornament was also broken into several pieces.
The boxes were bashed, split and generally looked as if they had been thrown around.
This could, of course, have happened entirely at the US end while being delivered. But it's worth pointing out to anyone thinking of shipping personal belongings.”

We were let down badly once at the Hongkong end by Royale in Kowloon bay who delayed delivery for 2 days and we had to send someone to pick up the parceat their depot in the end. Not good at all.”
