Later,once shipment landed - FEDex ( the actual courier) told me of Indian rules - which doesnt allow such shipment. It took me to hire agent and additional 200 Euro to release it. No help from Transglobal.”

“Fantastic Company to work with , excellent customer service , never had a probelm with them in over 9 months of using then, whenever I have made a mistake on the labels or left a detail out maybe on the customs declaration all sorted usually within minutes on the online desk which is manned by Actual Humans !!!!! I know so cool not to speak to a robot . Very easy to book a package online for collection and utterly smashes Royal Mail in to the middle of next month which is usually when Royal Snails packages normally get delivered after they have lost them first . Very professional outfit and importantly has tracability which is important as my line of business is sales of expensive watches . Fabulous.”
