“I have sent about 5 big parcels to my relatives in Australia over past 5/6 yearswith Transglobal and never had a problem until this year the parcel was kept by DHL in Australia because I had to pay Australian customs £180 (330$Aus) to cover ‘over estimated cost of goods!!! I was not given correct information here from Transglobal just told I have to not only itemize every single gift n the boxes but needed ‘codes’ which Transglobal assistant (name of ‘Andrew’) on the phone went on the internet and found I was totally honest about all items and did not realize/was not informed that I would be charged an excess at the other end I was blown away really and am totally unhappy with Transglobal and will not be using them again I will either use the post office or another company I have found it has certainly put me off completely I will no longer recommend this company to friends who were looking for more economical ways of sending parcels but Transglobal have TOTALLY let me down I feel the least they could do is offer me X 1 free parcel to Australia or meet me half way with the extra costs but all they said was ‘it’s nothing to do with us’!!!!
