Maybe you need more inspectors to remove these worthless beings from the service so paying customers can at least enjoy their

“Been told I can get on and off the bus with my 2hr ticket but the bus driver on the way back told me that I had to get a new ticket and 5gat they accept cash only. Needless to say that this was not 9nly an inconvenience but is absolute obsolete in times of Covid. In addition to that I would've been left stranded given I didn't have any cash on me but a very lovely lady decided to pay for me. Absolute disgraceful poor service.”
“If translink wanna put commuters hours late by hiring the biggest idiots they can find , they can read my reports in the buliten paper...cutting half the scheduled buses and telling commuters their late all the time is stupid..ive done all the logging and only half the buses show up daily.. drivers swearing at commuters because they're running 30+ minutes late ..how stupid.”
“I was standing at glenside park bus stop and you're 8 minutes past 10 number 57 bus just drove right past me its an absolute disgrace just because he is already running late he can just leave people standing at the road side waving their arms at him we all have places to be i am no going to be late for work because you can't seem to get a bus running on time”
