Don't ever buy a gift card from this company. They don't work and when you email them they don't even bother to reply. Fraud!!

Ordered well over a months ago so would arrive for Xmas, I emailed and they replied to say would be here by end of this week still nothing. Appalling way to run a business no updates no apologies nothing. How do I get my money back as paid by debit card. Not a happy customer !!! I would have give no stars if option was available

Appalling service! I ordered my son a tracksuit in November for christmas and it hasn’t arrived. Most of my emails have been completely ignored however eventually i received an update email showing various despatch date against random photos of clothes! My son loves the brand but i will NEVER buy from them again and urge others to do the same!! My son is having a disappointing xmas… Thanks for nothing Trapstar, you should be ashamed!! STILL NOT RECEIVED!!!

I have bought a item on Nóvember and now its Desember it hasnt been shipped and i talked to them the keep telling me it will be shipped end of the week and it havent my christmas present havent been shipped soo annyoing company

I also agree with the bad reviews .. I have been trying to contact them regarding an order made at beginning of December.. I have messaged emailed and left a phone message and nothing!!!

I would have to agree with al the awful reviews below, I ordered a Christmas present for my son over a month ago, still not arrived, no answer on customer service line, no responses from emails, no call backs from messages. This company really does not care about the customers and now I am left short of presents for Christmas. I will also have to contact my bank for the money back. Absolutely disgusting service and I will never shop at Trapstar again!!!!!!

This Andrew guy is posting this same review on every review platform for trapstar. So take no notice. This retailer simply put is a JOKE. Take forever to deliver low quality market stall tat. They are well out of their depth breaking pretty much every consumer law in their dodgy practices. Their website is like something a 12 year old had made for a school project it's awful looking function's even worse. THEY CLEARLY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF GODADDY. They get trust pilot to remove genuine reviews also. They must take out every single penny out of the company as they defiantly don't invest it in a working after-sales support or stock, as have to wait weeks for their China deliveries. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWN WANNABE'S. HONESTLY NEVER USED SUCH A BUNCH OF AMATEURS SELLING OVERPRICED MARKET GRADE GEAR. Take the T of the brand and replace it with a C would be more appropriate.

Don't listen to the reviews you see. Anyone that had a good experience at Trapstar wouldn't leave a review. There's definitely more people that approve of Trapstar and have had good experiences than the people doing reviews, its just the demographic of people Trapstar have don't do reviews after buying something. Don't let the bad reviews put you off. I've been ordering from Trapstar since 2016 and have never had any problems, neither have my friends. I've never heard of anyone that I know having a bad experience with them its rare. The picture I attached is of a order I made on the 26th of November. It said 9-12 working days and its literally coming in 7. Don't believe the hate

This is the worse company I ever ordered from ...they don’t reply ..my shipment is now 1 month pending and I didn’t receive anything ..I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering...

Sent one item but not the other, I ahd to chase them for ages with no response when they did respond they sent me a faulty cap with bad stitching and awful loose material then when I returned it they had sold out even though they promised me a replacement.. absolute joke of a company will never buy from them again worst experience and awful customer service..

Disgraceful experience. My boyfriend loves this brand so i got him a jumper, for his birthday. Its been 3 months, and im STILL waiting for the order. It hasn't even been dispatched yet! I've sent countless emails and no one has gotten back to me, I keep ringing the customer service line and nothing!! The worst delivery experience i've ever had to deal with. I will not be shopping from Trapstar again, and I recommend to anyone if you want your delievery asap then DON'T SHOP AT TRAPSTAR. They don't care or value their customers, awful brand.

I had ordered in June and waited over a month as they advised for the tracksuit to come, but it got to august and didn’t arrive so, I started contacting them it’s now September and they have not been helpful at all, they hardly reply, I’ve been asking for a refund as they say the tracksuit is no longer in stock. But still hasn’t been resolved so I have now contacted my bank

Ordered 2 tracksuit cost me 367 3 months laters nothing has come I have emailed and called more then 10 times just to get no reply this is not on and I would not order agen from trapstar I ordered Benjart and I came within 3 days

Awful company … you pre order and have to chase and chase date is pushed out …. You have to threaten before anything is sorted …. Arrived material Awful bad quality … would not be using this company again

I have ordered from Trapstar many times over the years for my son. I have just read the negative reviews here and I was very surprised. I have always found Trapstar professional and efficient. Over all the time I have ordered from them, only once has there been a blip...I ordered two masks and received one...rang them and the very polite, helpful chap that answered the phone, apologised and swiftly sent out the second mask. All very easy. The products are of lovely quality and wash well. Will definitely order from them again
