“From the google search to the online form and payment the process was seamless. I sent my papers and passport off, they contacted me with a query about my application. Within 5 days i received an email saying the visa was approved and on its way back. Well done the staff at Travel direct. I will be back when i need your services again. Derek Philipson, Newcastle.”

“I recently applied for a Chinese visa through Travel-Direct. From start to finish their service was excellent, from application to receipt took only 7days (including the weekend), this was using the standard 5day service. The whole process was very simple ; download the application forms, complete and send "special delivery". Also what i really liked was the checking service, once i had completed my application , i simply scanned all documents and emailed them for checking , they responded same day and i was able to post my application with peace of mind. Well done Travel-Direct, i would highly recommend using this company”

“I got good advice on how to get a Chinese Visa before I applied. This was difficult for me as I intent to Cycle Tour in China. When I applied the process worked as promised and my passport came back within the expected timescale. Only thing I would have like was an e-mail to say my documents had arrived at their offices and also perhaps when they had checked paperwork and sent application to Embassy! But really pleased with the service overall - Thank you”
