“From our first contact by telephone after consulting the web-site we were given clear, concise and prompt answers to our questions. Once embarked on the application process we were again helped by prompt responses to our queries, even after hours.( The wonders of modern technology!) We would like to thank Albert particularly for his part in making the process as painless as possible in what transpired to be a very quick and efficient service”

“I first emailed both my own and my wifes Chinese Visa forms to Travel Direct for them to check free of charge and they emailed me back the next day to say they were fine. So I then sent them all the documents and Passports on a Moday and they sent the Passports back with the Visa in them the following Monday. A nice touch is that they kept me informed about receiving the documents from me, and then to tell me when they had posted the back to me by email. They were also very helpful when I phoned them a couple of times. I would strongly recommend them for getting your Visa as they take all the worry away from you and I could not faul them.”

“Amazing service from Albert, even called me when there was an issue with our company name, quick efficient and the cheapest we found for a emergency visa for China. From posting out to receiving them back was less than five working days. Amazing.”

“Simplicity from obtaining visa forms from there web site. Very well informed on how to complete and what to do next and got them back a week later with no hiccups. Just how you want life to run smooth. Would recommend anyone to use this company it does what it says. Perfect.”

“The service was good but I think they should email you to tell you they have received your forms and also I wrote in the form that I started my holiday in July but the visa has been dated from when they receive the form which was may so I have lost two months”
