“Easy to follow instructions and dealt with quickly. As I had to buy a return security return envelope that you asked for, costing £6+, this could perhaps have been added to your price and supplied by you.”

“Travel-direct have been helpful, even before the application was made. If you have questions though, it would be best knowing that you need at least 24hrs for a call-back, so list all of your questions written down before-hand. Very professional service and you'll be notified of your visa success or fail once they know. I do recommend Travel-Direct to anyone wishing to get a visa quicker than the other channels available.”

“The service was good but I think they should email you to tell you they have received your forms and also I wrote in the form that I started my holiday in July but the visa has been dated from when they receive the form which was may so I have lost two months”

“Very quick service, a little expensive, but compares with similar companies, We would have liked communication, such as confirmation of receipt of application etc, progress report, return date. It was only when we telephoned we were told they had been dispatched and were being delivered by courier that day!(both in work)”

“Clean, friendly and well equipped in a great location. Despite being at the front and on the main road it was silent. Comfy bed and a nice bathroom. On;y issue is that it is such a hermetically sealed environment it will turn your skin to a dry biscuit. Other than that very nice indeed.”
