“The website stated five days to do the visa and it was done in that time and there was no problems with the application. They also emailed me to inform me that the visa and passport were on there way to my home address.”

“They were extremely friendly and helpful when I initially contacted them by phone. They then checked my documents via email to make sure they were all correct before I even paid them for the service. The turn around was very quick and they emailed to let me know that the passport had been posted back to me.”

“I was initially very nervous about the visa process, but the staff at Travel Direct were great help. They answered my questions clearly, and replied to emails within 10-15 minutes. All in all very pleased with the process, I'd definitely come to them again in the future!”

“I followed the straight forward advice from the Travel Direct website. Sent off our forms and receved our two passports back with 2 year validity, 90 day stay, multiple entry visas within the expected time-frame. No hassle, no complications. The agents fee was the lowest I've found on-line. I would use them again.”
