“Polite agents, quick service as promised, but see below. Professional overall. MAIN ISSUE - and it is important. I prepaid the return of my documents by FedEx. Travel-Direct told me the I had to arrange the FedEx pickup from their office. This took in effect two extra days of organizing, international phone calls etc. Why couldn't they just pick up the phone to FedEx themselves?”

“Fast and efficient service. Couldnt format online form so unable to type application had to fill in by hand. Document check was very useful and helpful phoned to speak to someone with my queries all good.”

“Travel Direct did exactly what they said they would on their website. Just a couple of additions to their procedures would be helpful: 1. Email and/or text the customer upon receipt of their passport and documents indicating all is well with the forms and give an estimated date the passport with visa will be returned. 2. On your website create an application form question by question guide on filling out the form. I had to use another companies website for this information.”
