“Over all good. Really helpful people on the end of the phone and happy to help. I think you need to put a system in place where you email customers to say you have received there passport etc and it's now being dealt with though. I felt for a week or so 'has it got there ok?! Is it lost?!' . So definately need something in place to let us know you have received it all ok.”

“Clear instructions on their website and they delivered what they promised. Nothing but praise for their service. I have travelled extensively and often require visas and the procedures for most countries can be exasperating. Any company that can take away that frustration and deliver deserves to do well. Thoroughly recommended.”

“I had looking for a company to do chinese visas for myself and partner Gerda Morris who has a german passport, and I found Travel Direct offered a first class service of 5 days and were able to process hers and mine separately and efficiently”
