“Helpful person on the other side of the line who reviewed our application prior to submission, answered questions promptly. Visa was granted quickly and our passports returned within a week. Overall happy with service and they made the painful process of applying for a Chinese visa as least painful as possible.”

“I liked being allocated one team member to help with queries and checks. My assistant always got back to me quickly and efficiently. One of the best aspects was being able to send my completed forms by email, to be checked before sending them by post. I was also notified when the successful visa was on its way to me.”

“I applied for a China visa for myself and my son and sent it to Travel Direct uk ltd and it arrived to them on a Thursday. I paid for the 5 day service and I received a email the following Tuesday to advise that our visas had been issued and were in the post to myself and would arrive the next day. No hassle-first class service.”

“Excellent service. I wrote an email to clarify a few questions and it was answered immediately, even though it was a weekend. The service was cheaper than others I had researched. My passport and visa were returned within 5 days. Very happy.”

“brilliant service and help when questions need answering for china visa. If you dont live in London and have to pay train fares and time off work... This option from travel direct saves you money, hassle and stress when getting visa. excellent service and quick return of visa, no hassle recommend to anyone travelling into countries where visa system is not straightforward on arrival!”

“Great service, simple to use and encountered no problems. My husband paid for the 48hr service as he needed his passport back urgently whereas I opted for the 5 day one, which is the same price as posting it yourself but this way I could be sure of when I'd receive my passport back rather than potentially having to wait longer. Really glad that we used Travel Direct UK.”
