Absolutely disgusting customer service. Been trying for months to contact them. Sent numerous emails to different accounts, raised so many customer service notes on my account, spent 5 hours each day on hold only to be cut off after 2.5 hours each time, sent messages through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. They are completely uncontactable. Due to fly to mainland Spain soon against the FCO advise so NEED to speak to someone and literally can’t get in touch with anyone. NEVER EVER use Travel Republic. We’ve learned from our mistake.

So bad we due to fly 4 days and can’t get anyone after several emails Twitter etc no contact - phone lines off tell you if due to travel in 14 days contact their nice customer care team WHAT CUSTOMER CARE TEAM there is NONE worst ever paid them thousands and only took final payment last week never book with them agai. RUBBISH

So we should be on a plane now on the way to Eurodisney after getting up at 2am to travel to Bristol Airport. We arrived only to be told that there are no flights to paris today. Seriously unbelievable that Travel Republic did not contact us to tell us our flights had been cancelled. My two children are absolutely distraught. Really sad that what was a reputable company really cannot do better. I fully appreciate that the situation must be extremely difficult for them but to not care about their customers when children are involved is just awful. Like others have stated, there is no one answering calls or responding to emails, but I see they've had time to update their Facebook page with useless information. I cannot believe how badly they are letting customers down.

Travel republic simply cannot be trusted Travel republic simply cannot be contacted we are due to fly to Mauritius on Saturday (4 days time). The country is not open to visitors and the flights are only available for repatriation or cargo. Air Mauritius confirmed when I chased them that this information was true yet Travel Republic continue to send me automated details of what times my flights are and how to meet the transfer driver to take us to the hotel. I have used their system for contact weekly since mid June with no response and no response on their help line. At the same time they respond on their website with generic information and take their time to say they hope my family will enjoy our break. They even refused to accept a recorded delivery sent to the company in Kingston.

I would like to no if my holiday is going a head as aim booked to go on holiday to Malta on 10 September till 20 with air Malta, but I have just found out that air Malta are not flying from Gatwick this year, they are only flying from Heathrow so not sure what is going to happen, even if you transfer us to a different airline or from Heathrow would be fine if this allows us to get to are holiday I have sent emails but no response help

Cannot give no stars,wish I could.been trying since April to contact these but all I got in July was please let us know what I want to do about my holiday before 10th July,I let them know straight away,I have heard nothing still,I have emailed them 10 times and got nothing back,they draw the rest of my money on 9th August but we don't want to go,what the hell do we do,we need advice from travel republic about rebooking for next year but I get nothing from them.I will NEVER book with them again.I have tried ringing,emailing and customer services via their website.

Still awaiting refund from 28th March of £5600! Does this company actually care about its customers? Have taken the decision of taking Travel Republic to the small claims court. Might seem excessive but they obviously have no principals or morals

tried to get hold of travel republic for weeks now, with no luck at all there is no reply from email ive sent, and ive sent hundreds with no response what so ever also the phone lines are closed all the time, we should have had our money back by now from a holiday in may,time to let abta take over. will never book with them again.

I have made numerous attempts to contact the customer service line to discuss our wish to cancel or amend my package holiday with no luck website says that issues will be answered in 3 working days, we wanted the option to discuss as airlines are accepting postponement of travel as long as we give 14 day’s. Just would like this query to be resolved, used travel republic before and given a exceptional customer service and told ours, very disappointed but I suppose all those companies who have forgotten that they either survive or fail based on what and how they react when things don’t go right

Like many other people received an email to say that our family holiday was going ahead and if we’d bothered to listen we’d have turned up tonight with 2 young kids and nowhere to stay. Thank god we rang the hotel ourselves and found it it is closed. How can they just send out such emails and put people in such vulnerable situations. They respond to the odd message on Twitter but can’t even communicate with customers on their own messaging portal. The company need taking down and never be able to trade again and customers deserve compensation for how they’ve been treated.

Ryanair has refunded my payment back to travel republic but they are refusing to give me the money saying that haven't got it when Ryanair have confirmed they have, £1064 they owe me whichis a lot of money, will defo never be using them again.

Due to fly out to Palma 30/7/2020,found out myself that hotel closed until 2021, and that flight out cancelled. No response to emails or letters to TR,phone lines closed,awful customer service! Do not pay balance on your holiday!Avoid this company at all costs!

DONT DONT DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY....STRONGLY URGE YOU CANCEL FINAL PAYMENT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS..., -THEY CANCELLING HOTELS WITHOUT ADVISING THE CLIENT BUT STILL TAKING THE MONEY WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION IN ANY FORM EXCEPT THE PRE-SET COMPUTERISED PAYMENT REMINDERS.........DONT PAY STAY AWAY

Due to fly on 8/8/2020 been trying to contact you since 3/6/2020to no avail, airline have confirmed flight is cancelled as I telephone them as a last resort. I have been sent reminders for balance to be paid 25/7/2020 and holiday confirmation received today even though I know the flight is cancelled. Non existent customer service

We are due to travel in 5 days. According to Ryanair our flights no longer exist. I have now sent 8 emails over the last 3 weeks to find out what is happening and can we book other dates. They havent told us that holiday is cancelled. I contacted hotel direct but they couldnt deal with me as booked by Travel Republic. Phones are not being answered. No idea how to get hold of anyone

Sounds like we are all in the same boat with this company it’s absolutely disgusting!!!! We should be going on holiday on Monday the 3rd of August with final payment due last Monday thank goodness I was aware of our hotel closure and therefore had time to freeze my final payment of just short of 2 thousand pound otherwise this company would have still taken our money knowing full well with less than 2 weeks to go our holiday can’t go ahead ... I’m still getting final payment messages/ texts it’s utterly appalling with the current climate and people being out of work etc The NO communication is shocking !!!

My flight,has been cancelled trying to change dates or cancel no correspondence from them, no phone lines open case number and that's it, only time site is active is when you are paying money, and when you try to change dates with the hotel you can't as is got to be travelrepublic. I have sent an email to Martin at money expert to add it to his list of worst company
