“If I had the option of giving this company O start I would. They are the biggest scammers I've experienced and they need shutting down. They are giving United Airlines a bad name. They take your money, lie to you about the airline, give you a bogus booking number, take your money from your account, call you telling you that only part of your flight is confirm and that they no longer have the first leg of the flight or seats available. They bait you with cheap flights that don't exist and demand more money from you. If you want your money back you just might not get back and want you to rate them 5* star so when customers visit their reviews it would look like they are the best and they are the most horrible travel agency I have ever encountered posite. I hope they get shut down!”
“After booking with traveljunction and making payment, they sent me what they called reservation number, and indicated that within the next 1-24hrs they will send me my ticket confirmation, a big lie. After 24hrs they called to tell the flight was no longer available for my last leg of the flight, want me to add more money for a premier class. When I refused their offer they started threatening me, that I will loose my money if I don't agree with their terms. I stood my grounds and hours later they got back to me that they had good news for me, and that I can get into my last flight without any addition fare. They immediately sent me an email to confirm my acceptance which I did immediately, and was very happy, but that was short lived. 6 hours they sent me another email demanding over 200 or so dollars as top up, and the lies continue unabated. They are very excellent at telling lies and issuing threats, I think its part of their trademark. And also very unprofessional. I'm still waiting and have not received my confirmation though they taken the money out of my credit card.
I suggest that if the product is no available they credit my credit card so that I can look elsewhere, something they don't want to hear and rejected. I'm waiting to see for the next day or two before I make contacts with consumer watch dog agencies to see what next step to take. Luckily, I have recorded all my oral conversations with them as well as kept all the emails exchanges. The weirdest conversation was one of the agent requesting that I go online and evaluate them as good, and even sent me website to do that. And that was after they lied to me that everything was done.
I'm also in the process of sending a formal a complain to airlines that deal with Tranveljunction to alert how this company is tainting their hard-won reputation. The make it to appear as if their action are coming from the airlines or supported by the airlines but I know no airline will sell a ticket when they don't have a seat, and will turn around refusing refund and demanding more money. I have made contacts with United Airlines on this and will continue to work with whatever tool I find. I will be back with more - to be continue.”

Traveljunction.co.uk were very good in organising a recent flight that I had. I was a little wary as you hear of problems with internet bookings, however, in this case there were no problems. I sourced the flights though an internet search and booked directly with traveljunction.co.uk. The communication was excellent and they were very quick to inform me of changes made by the airline and arrange my own changes. The flights were ATOL protected and confirmation was provided within a day”

“Do not book tickets through Traveljunction.ca. I booked and pay for the tickets and next day I got a call from them saying I need to pay additional 286 CAD, which I refused to do. Next they offer me to pay half of that amount, I refused again and asked them to cancel my booking, but they told me there is cancellation fee will be applied as tickets were purchased already. I went to AirCanada booking service and find out that there is no booking reference # provided by Travejunction in the system so tickets never were purchased .I call them to see what is happening but they insist that I still own money to them. Next day I call to my credit card company and report Fraud. Credit Company agent phone them and on conference call they promised to refund all amount.
Hopping my money will return to me soon.

These people advertise the online air ticket over and below the market value to attract their predictors. They advertised a cheap return ticket from Edmonton YEG to Chicago ORD for $356.6 CAD. Wow looks cheap but after 24hrs, one of their agent Mr. Chris called me and told me that the airline only confirmed the return ticket and he asked me to pay for outbound ticket for more $400 making it $756.6CAD. When talked of a cancellation, he told me that it would cost me $200CAD because the airline had confirmed half of journey and he was like pushing me to cancel the ticket. Once He started asking me for my credit card details to charge me for the outbound ticket, I realized that it is a scam online travel agent and called my bank right way to stop the transaction before it matures.
When I insisted that I want the ticket I booked for and not the cancellation, He hung off the phone on me. I checked with air Canada and there was no such booking in my name.
They are registered in UK and they don't seem to have an address in Canada according to their website. But operating under their mother UK company on www.traveljunction.co.uk
