“We will never use this company again!!! First they charge more than they advertise. Then they offered a flight voucher when our flights were cancelled last spring due to the pandemic. To use those we had to pay 3 time’s more than we should have because we had to “fly the exact same flight pattern.” They changed our flight pattern after we paid them. Now our new flights have been cancelled with the rebooking being 28 hours later! I called and their representatives are telling me to “be patient.” They say someone’s working on it. We leave in 3 WEEKS! I don’t have time to be patient!! We will never use them again!”

They call you back 30mn later to tell you that your flight option is not available anymore and that you have to pay extra fees. They do that all the time. See other reviews.”
“I was conned into this company pretending to be affiliated with Qatar airways. When I googled Qatar airways this place came up.
The guy persuaded me to cancel my flight and pay £199 to make my ticket a open ticket to use for 2 yrs.
They insisted that I paid this with debit card so I wasn’t refundable.
Now my flight is cancelled but not sure I can re-book in next 24months.
He( victor) said I need 96 hrs prior to my flight to cancel or loose the ticket and that I had only 30 minutes to decide. It’s a conman company and I’ll report them to trading standard if I can’t dispute this through my bank. Stay away from this place. Dangerous people with persuasive tactics.”
“Travel junction Charged my card and the flight wasn’t even Available. I received a phone call right after Stating that they wanted $100 per passenger to finalize my flight. I talked to the company supervisor(Mora or Myra) three times and they are trying to get more money from me and the flight is not booked with American Airlines and the flight wasnt available to begin with. I talked to AA and the flight was never booked... this company just charged my card and did not give me the service which is a flight with American Airlines also she didn’t even try to reverse this charge or refund me. I am going to a funeral and I cannot do anything because these people are scamming me for more money. The receipt is a joke. There’s no flight information on it. I talked to American Airlines and my flight is not booked and never was booked. I have already disputed this with my bank but I don’t want anyone else getting scammed. I still have to wait for a refund because it’s still in pending status but I’m out of more money because I booked my flight through American Airlines directly after this experience. Also on this site it says right at the top that they’re paying for fake reviews please people read our reviews don’t make the mistake that I did. Fly safe and best of luck to you!”

“This is total scammed. I booked round trip ticket from travel junction/click2book.us then after an hr got an email to call them back. Then when i call them, they(Leo) asking for more money to confirm that ticket. When i asked for refund they said they will charge $300 cancellation fee which is insane they put us on trap. They are rip-off playing with other money and time. What they think they are they cannot make easy money. This is fraud. I filed an complaint about this agency in US Department of transportation. Waiting for them to act proper lawsuit for this fraudulent agent.”
“I need some proper help, My Experience with TravelJunction has been an absolute disaster; It has been two months of constant calling, extreme rudeness over the phone, just today I got the phone hung up to me.
I bought a ticket, which then I had to cancel due to the pandemic. When I tried to cancel it with them, they said no you can't do that, but you call the airline and cancel it. The Airline ( Lufthansa) kindly cancelled the flight and process to make the refund. After calling over and many emails later, many of them never got a response, the agent (Daisy Wilson | Sr. Travel Consultant) asked me again to do her job and get a refund receipt. Once again, I was the middle person between the airline and the travel agency. Finally, I receive the receipt send back to daisy which she does not bother to respond therefore I call again, and now the new excuse is that the airline is lying and that they have not received the refund until they do they won't give me my money back.
Today on the phone I ask to please put me through a supervisor and she answers that she has no supervisor and that she can't give me a name then see decided that she will hang up on me.
I am merely asking more kindness professionalism and to get the money back from a flight that I never took.”
“Travel Junction should be avoided at all costs, they are a bunch of ripoff merchants and scam artists. Coming on helpful and friendly whilst getting your booking they have no integrity whatsoever when it comes to honouring their other responsibilities. I was stranded in India due to Lockdown, told to pay a huge amount to change the ticket due to no flights, something they knew I did not have to do as the airline was rescheduling for free. Then when I asked for money to be refunded as I got another flight ,they said it was the airlines responsibility. Checking with the airline who said the travel agent has that responsibility.Endless calls and emails have produced no refund 4 months later. A woman called Yana was abusive and continuously shouting over me.These people need to be closed down, do not get involved by far the worst travel agent I have ever encountered verging on criminal if not actually so.
Needless to say within half an hour of posting a review I had a call from them offering me £80!! I PAID £609 for a two way ticket half I used, then £199 to change the ticket date a total of £808 subtract the part of the ticket I used =£503. £80 is just adding insult to injury.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!”
“The fact that trust pilot gives you a notification to advise you that they have detected fake reviews says it all!! It is more than obvious that the positive reviews given are those given by Employee’s to boost the reputation on the business.
This company is by far the worst travel company I have EVER used. Our flights were cancelled due to COVID and we were offered a refund in August and advised that this could take 6-8 weeks (understandable)
When I contacted Travel Junction at the the end of October having waited 10 weeks we were advised that the refund had been processed and would be in our bank account 3-4 business days later - having waited 6 business days and still no refund I proceeded to start chasing “Eliza” I sent 7 emails over the course of 5 days with no response and whenever I rang the company they advised they would call back and my call was never returned... I began suspecting something wasn’t right and started reading online reviews realising that many people had also been promised refunds that never came!! By this point we were panicking - after many phone calls which were never returned I requested to the manager of the company, I spoke to a man who advised he was the manager and his name was “Joseph” - he advised that there was a technical error on there end and the refund wasn’t processed the first time but he had now rectified this and issued our refund - which again would take 3-4 business days - this was on 11th November - at the time of the second refund we asked for Joseph to confirm the details of the bank account they had refunded our money to, to ensure that they had actually refunded our money and to give us piece of mind however they couldn’t - they would only advise that it “was the same card we paid with” but would not confirm any details. Again, at this point we had no choice but to wait the expected timeframe - we phoned back after 4 business days and were told that the money was sent and our bank was holding it! After checking with NatWest (A WELL KNOWN/RESPECTED MULTI BILLION POUND UK BANK) NatWest advised that they were not holding any refunds and there were no refunds waiting to be cleared from Travel Junction. We then phoned Eliza back to advise this and asked once again to confirm the bank details they issued the refund to, Travel Junction again refused to provide this information, they asked whether we had a new bank card since the original booking was made - we said this could be the case but was confused as we had made payments to them with the new card since - Eliza advised that the refund was probably not processed because the card was no longer valid. We phoned NatWest back who confirmed that the refund would still be processed as they issue refunds to the BANK ACCOUNT rather than the BANK CARD, they again confirmed that there were no pending refunds!
We phoned back Eliza AGAIN and she advised that they didn’t have the money and our bank was holding it - we then told Eliza we had confirmed with NatWest and also told her that NatWest advised us to raise a chargeback with Travel Junction if they weren’t willing to return our money. Eliza/Joseph at this point had given us written and verbal consent that we were entitled to our refund and they had issued this.
We spoke to Eliza and asked what we needed to do in order to get our refund? She then (very childishly, started repeatedly saying “we have issued your refund we have issued your refund” over and over again - we then said that if they were not willing to sort this then we would be issuing a chargeback through our bank - Eliza advised that they had a “big legal team” at Travel Junction and if we did that then we would lose further money?!!! (This conversation was recorded on our my phone)
Can you believe this?? This was 5 days ago and we haven’t spoken to travel junction since as we realise it will never get us anywhere and they never had no real intentions of returning our money.
We are now allowing our bank to investigate this as a chargeback and have been promised a resolution. They have just under £1700 of our money!!
Do not use this company if you do not wish to be scammed.
