“Why are you'll scamming people their hard earned money?? Why allow aperson to book a flight that is clearly available send out confirmation email then ask people to call u back to say then flight is not available and then refuse to give people back their money!! I contact you'll just a couple hours after booking my flight and you'll are refusing to refund me when the so called error is on your end! Theives!!!! People do not use this travel agency ever!!!”

I had to stick to original flight dates
Nancy said she has returned the money back to my cc - when asked for proof - there is no response.
Have spoken with my bank as well - no money returned
