“Hard mattress on bed, solid pillows no softness, no telephone contact with reception, no cleaning done in room over 4 night stay, booked extra night but could not pay for this at reception and central booking uses a premium cost phone number so receptionist called on her phone as I did not have mine at the time of booking unlikely to stay with Travelodge in future. will unsubscribe to your emails. Staff were pleasant but Travelodge system is not helpful to elderly - I am 80 and found the system to be stressful.”

“I meant to have booked the flexible booking but paid for the saver booking, so can’t change it if anything unexpected happens. I know it’s my own fault and should have been more careful or awake when making the booking! I was happy to pay the extra, but got a resounding NO it can’t be changed!! A bit harsh Travelodge, I may reconsider booking next time!!”

“The prices being charged for the Inverness city centre travelodge are approximately three times the average prices I have paid for Travelodges in the middle and southern England area, in the last few years/ If you really want to price yourselves out of the business, this is the way to do it.”
