“Worst experience of my life, they sell away my room that was booked and pay 2 weeks in advance, We arrive at 2 o'clock in the morning with 2 child (5 and 9) at your greenwich high road in London and we will be notified that our room was not available. Not only that they also notified that the room I booked two week before was destroy by a broken shower, after a few minute the shower didn t destroy the room but was the wc that doesn't flush, than they propose to send us to another hotel, manager was not there, ass. Manager was not there either so at 2.30 just for the sake of the kids we accepted, they call a taxi and they start to argument with him about the price for sending us in another hotel, lothian or something like that, than after finally they arrange price (3 o clock) we arrive at other travelodge were nobody know we should arrived, they left us outside the door (2 small child) with wind and cold until they check the name, than they ask us to come inside while they checked again, taxi driver was with us and his was stunned by that. So they give us a room at 4 o clock, because they need to check, even if greenwich confirmed our booking there was nothing on the system. I don't want to stay in this hotel, i want my completely reimbursement back this was the worst experience that I ever have in my life, worst service ever. Of course nobody replay at your customer service or booking service”

“We were looking for somewhere to stay,close to the Birmingham triathlon,in which we are competing the next day.The price,£65 for one night was a bargain.We have used Travelodge before and were very happy with the room we had last time.”

“Some are tired and need a refurb. EG Waterloo. Brighton. Some are great because they are new builds .eg Dover. I will often use Travelodge BUT I prefer not to have to.”

“No frills, just good value. Always cringe when we're on the ground floor, noise eminates from above. So even though there maybe stairs, chose upstairs if you have the choice.”

“It's ashame I couldnt check in before 12 as I'd worked a night shift and had to sleep I'd been up 24 hours which was quite dangerous for my health. Yet the lady on the desk was very helpful.”

“We like the Travel lodge in Aylesbury now that it has been refurbished and the staff are always lovely . On line booking was not user friendly when trying to access the payment page , it took 4 attempts to get through to the payment page”

“We stop off at Severn View M48 on our way to/from Cornwall. The staff are so kind and helpful, like when I had to rinse out hubby's shirt because of a spill, they even gave me a plastic bag to put it in as it was damp. We travel with our pet cat, one time she had a scare, pulled her head out of her harness and ran off. The staff were just great.”
