“It totally me over an hour to eventually make my booking. It would not advance onto the ‘payment’ page after numerous attempts. When I eventually got through my discount for DDS was not shown”

“Terrible, dirty room. Made a booking, I had put the date wrong which is my mistake I then had to pay £50 pound to change a date which is ridiculous”

“Unable to contact you by telephone. You took money of me without my consent. I cannot get a decent reply from you regarding past bookings. When I go onto your site to book a room, I cannot get off your site unless I turn my phone/tablet off. Why???”

“Paid extra for check in (12) arrived at 1.30, room wasn't ready. My husband had to sit in his wheelchair in reception. Assistant insisted it's between 12& 2. Room carpet absolutely filthy, had to report bedding, blood marks, clearly visible on top cover, granted they changed it immediately. However, should have noticed this. Hall entrance dirty, rubbish. Won't be staying again. Lytham St Anne's is beautiful. TRAVELODGE YOU REALLY SHOULD CLEAN UP YOUR ACT. IT COULD BE SO MUCH NICER THIS BRANCH.”
