“Cannot do review until I have stayed!”

“Stayed here last year as I has an early morning flight so I felt it natural to book again this year. Very easy to book online, I did make a mistake on my booking so I needed to call and amend but the whole process was so easy and very efficient staff. I always recommend this place to my friends and family if they are looking to stay overnight before an early flight out.”

“I have been booking rooms at both Cardiff & Swansea for the last 10-15 years and this could be anything from 1 room up to 4 rooms but very disappointed that you do not use any discount / loyalty scheme as I have spent a small fortune with Travelodge.”

“The booking process is really easy and quick to use but the prices vary a lot in a matter of hours. I got distracted and forgot to book on the Sunday evening. When I went to book on the Monday morning, the price had gone up £45 overnight. I've been checking everyday and 3 weeks later the price has dropped again but it's frustrating that it can change so much overnight. However, with a bit of patience and good luck i've got the original price again, so have booked. I was however beginning to look elsewhere for better prices had the price not have dropped again. So Travelodge almost missed out on a booking again as this has happened to other locations before where i've ended up in the Premiere Inn.”

“Travelodge is fine but the app is rubbish, every time I log in I have to reset my password and even though I know that I am using the correct password I have to reset it again. I even set up a business account and that is the same, so can someone please look at the login? There must be a fault somewhere.”
