“Clean spacious room, friendly receptionist, good food available next door, good price. Would definitely recommend, except for website booking system which charged me £13 to alter my booking through a computer algorithm due to my having made one erroneous keystroke.”

“We have booked an extra night and would of liked to inform the Travelodge, London City however as there is no email address we were not able to as I do not want to call as it is Premium Rate. London City has 2 postcodes one on one booking and a different one on the second booking which caused some confusion.”

“Very slick booking - staff really friendly- room would have been great but something dark and sticky on the carpet by the bed. We stayed 2 nights - plenty of tea - coffee - bed comfortable and shower plenty of hot water. There was a drunken fight and shouting outside our window on the 2nd night which was really unpleasant and intimidating however I realise this is not the fault of Travelodge and unfortunately you will get people who have a drink and get nasty wherever you go- yes I have stayed before and will again as it's good value for the money.”

“The booking was smooth, however when it gets to the payment page it become difficult for me to make payment because I was overseas, I had phone a friend in UK to make the reservation and payment on my behalf. I suppose Travelodge being an international brand should accept payments from anywhere. Tried calling the hotel from abroad also couldn't get through”

“No one in reception for booking in, stood for 5 minutes while someone from Travelodge was outside talking. Eventually, another staff member came apologised for the delay and low and behold the person talking outside decided to come into reception and completely blanked us, other than that it was fine. Did not realise the amount of dogs staying here.”
