“Used to stay at Travelodge for a long time as it was nice and convenient to Airports and business conferences I used to attend . Of course was reasonably priced Lately , the weekdays & Saturday rates have gone up and even when trying to book a few months in advance, the prices are higher than other chain of hotels / rating hotels eg Premier Inns”

“This was my second stay at the Tavelodge Kendal. The road is a little noisy but I really don't mind it as the hotel itself is so peaceful. You don't hear anyone else that is staying. The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. It even has a clean pleasant smell as your walking to your room. The pizza you can order from reception smells delicious. I used to stay the the Premier Inn and have done for years but will stay here from now on. Really enjoyed my stay and could have stayed longer.”

“Could not book online or via agent as cards declined for no reason I myself figured out it was because I was adding on early check in and this was not available your unhelpful advisors did not pick this up nor did inline”

“Had issues booking on my iPad, couldn’t get through to the payment page without using apple wallet so ended up having to book using my laptop which was very frustrating not sure if this is a website issue or iPad issue”

“The booking process is always straightforward as you can clearly see a breakdown of costs, separating out the basic accommodation with the extras. There was one glitch in the system in that it didn’t add my children as guests at first, although I had included them when booking a family room, so I went back through the booking process just in case. This will be my third stay at this particular Travelodge and I’ve always found the staff to be really friendly and accommodating, and there is always plenty to choose from with the unlimited breakfast. There has only ever been one hiccup with my room, when the pull-down bed hadn’t been prepared, but this was rectified swiftly. Looking forward to my forthcoming stay.”

“I had to move to the App on my Phone to book at the hotel, the website didn't work when attempting payment, I am using a Mac and tried on both the Chrome and Safari browser. I think this is something you should look into and fix you may be losing business because of this.”
