“I am a regular customer and I can not see any incentive for my booking history Cheltenham is one of my best locations, but it should provide hourly parking rate or free parking if the booking is more than 3 days”

“Very happy with the overall booking process and love the price, the option to get the better room is great too! Only think is we are being our 6 month old with us but the only option was to add a child and get a family room with a sofa bed which we don’t want, no option for just a double and add a cot, this needs to be looked at. Otherwise all happy.”

“I have booked with Travelodge before so find the booking system straightforward, easy to see on the map where it is in relation to the station for example, I chose it as it had the twin beds option too”
