“My experience yesterday (14/9/23) and the day before (13/9/23) trying to book a travelodge was really bad. I don't know whether there was something wrong with their system but I kept getting directed to pages that weren't there or got the wheel of doom.”

“The corridor outside our room 104 had a bad smell. The bed etc was ok, but the shower was not very safe.”

“Use Travelodge for short city stays. Locations great, basic but clean. Staff friendly. For forthcoming booking, I contacted Glasgow Queen Street direct requesting specific location in hotel and David very kindly took care of my request.”

“The beds were very comfy and clean, shower was perfect. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The Barton Marina is just at the rear of the hotel and the canal is ideal for quiet walks. Starbucks offers lots of breakfast goodies. Hotel is central and has easy access to major road networks.”

“I havent got refund,although i made a mistake to book this,cancelled within 2 mins ,they were not available on phone to amend dates so had no other option to cancel and didnt refund my money at all”

“Relatively easy to book but the we missed parking issues which were not clearly displayed when we booked. We have used Travelodge on many occasions over the yes and we are disappointed in the lack of information. We have now booked a hotel which we do not want to stay in but we are forced to accept it. Very, very disappointed.”
