“Very good generally. Not happy with the price hike in the London City Hotel over the past year or so while Lords Cricket is on. Have had to go elsewhere which was half the price!”

“Easy to book and clear stating everything that I can choose, such as breakfast, dinner or early check in. It would be much better to have more information about the hotel facility such as whether there is lift or with online chat with Customer services.”

“Receptionist excellent. Very helpful and with a smile. Floor creeks by bed in room 223, no soap in holder by sink but everything clean and tidy. Would stay again.”
