“Eventually was able to book our requirements. After numerous attempts over several days the payment page finally loaded and everything went through with no problem. Frustrating but all well now.”

“Very good. Comfortable beds and very clean. Only criticism is lack of cups or glasses in the room, and the soap dispenser by the bath is unreachable whilst bathing. The soap is much nicer than it used to be though. Plus, only one hand towel in a room for two. Staff are always lovely and helpful.”

“O dear, sadly I have to say that our Travelodge stay was not at all good. But first the positive. The duty staff tried really hard to help and were friendly. There is vegan yoghurt for breakfast. Well with that over let’s get down to the bad The setting for the Wycombe Travelodge is poor rammed down beside a flyover, no on site parking, homeless people sleep outside the door of the hotel and the entrance is dark and doesn’t feel safe (for guests or the homeless). We stayed in room 422 the corridor had a distinct smell of urine when we arrived though this dissipated the next day (or we got used to it?). Arrival in the room we found that the smell was worse and we had to use deodorant to cover it up. We then found large pool of blood on the duvet The toilet seat was broken The car park is in the Eden Shopping Centre (quite a walk) Pillow may well have been run over by a steam roller. Breakfast is OK but did not make up for it I noticed they had a happy hour as it is probably necessary to get plastered before going back to the room. On the whole, terrible I will never return to the brand it was an endurance test. I have stayed in hotels around the world and this was on a par with some accommodation in China in the mid 1990s. A true waste of money. Get a grip Travelodge.”

“Very easy websites to book our short break and especially having our little dog to book in with us usually we would have to make a phone call or send email to hotel to have her booked in but with your booking site I could do it all in one go.”

“The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because when I selected my hotel to book it was £82 but when I went to confirm and pay it had gone up to £85.99 which I wasn’t very pleased about 😢. Other than that we use travelodge quite a bit and find the booking process very easy”
