“Very good generally. Not happy with the price hike in the London City Hotel over the past year or so while Lords Cricket is on. Have had to go elsewhere which was half the price!”

“Why do you NEVER give the actual address of the hotel in the booking acknowledgement? Crazy. Also, I am not sure that you will look after luggage on leaving. A few years ago we stayed at Kings Cross and had to take our bags to the station and pay to leave them in left luggage.”
