“Staff are so friendly and there for every need, rooms are always clean and fresh, you’d make plenty of money putting a coffee machine for latte, hot chocolate and fresh bean coffee in the entrance tho??”

“We had a very comfortable stay at Travelodge at Chigwell recently. The receptionists were most welcoming and very obliging with any requests. The room was well equiped and the beds very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Travelodge Chigwell and recommend it highly to anyone looking for accommodation in that area.”

“Overall stay was nice. The only problem I had soon as I arrived, I wanted to use washroom as I was travelling from far, coming to a hotel but found the toilet is not working. I waited until our turn came and I asked the lady about the situation and she decided to open the toilet and it was working. The same lady told me they’d it’s out of order. I wasn’t happy at all”

“Standard Travelodge, clean, functional and unfussy. Friendly helpful check-in. The Travelodge set-up suits me perfectly: flexible prepay, allowing cancellation up to noon on check-in day, and I can come and go quickly with minimum human interaction. Friends tell me they dislike the lack of a restaurant, but Travelodge is always close to an eatery eg a cafe or M&S Food. I stay regularly at Travelodges, and I very rarely experience any problems.”

“We have stayed at Travelodge ( in different places) many times. We re expecting this booking to be as good as previously; - comfortable, clean and user friendly in a good location at a reasonable price.”
