“The room was clean, but certain things were not as expected. There were no coffee sachets. The water in the bath plughole drained away but then refilled , and there was a smell/blockage? the cold tap knob fell off! fortunately this was after we had used the bath/shower. We informed the lady on the desk on our departure.”
