“It was OK in places booked super room which cost so much more I'd like to know what you are supposed to get for a superoom. Firstly no tv remote had to go to desk for a remote which means when it was cleaned it wasn't checked no tumblers in bathroom as is normal only noticed that now getting up 5:30am only 2 wine glasses? Booked in with my domestic pet which I paid extra for what did I get for that extra nothing? Would I ever book a superoom No can't see the point”

“Barnstaple Travelodge - basic but has everything you need. Room a good size, bed comfortable, fluffy towels, everything clean. Could do with a bit of TLC/maintenance but the staff are absolutely brilliant”

“I have used Travelodge for years and give them 5* except!!!!!!! This time I set up an account and made a mistake in writing my email address. In my account, I can change anything except the email address. We can't get emails from them like confirmation. You say, phone the helpline at £0.13 per minute. Well I tried but the waiting time just kept mounting up. I've written to head office and asked them to change the mistake. It would have been easier if I could email Travelodge but this is not an option. I think customer services could be a little better than this, so 2* on this occasion.”

“It was ok but not perfect as I tried for 2 days to pay with my debit card for my room. In the end I was going somewhere else but my Son tried 1 last time and it worked. Think it could be a bit clearer.”

“Very easy to book.first time stayed but won't be the last. Room was good, clean and had what was required. Booked breakfast which was excellent. Only poor point was the carpets which were faded and stained in places. Could do with replacing.”
