All good but will never get 5 stars until WiFi is much better than 30 minutes per day

Well situated close to centre and easily reached from South via A46. Hotel is pleasant and staff were welcoming and helpful. Car parking is limited immediately by the hotel but a number of disabled parking spots is above average. City car park is available £9.00 per 24hours(card payment). Building is not luxurious but neither is the price. Bed space good for one person and there may be larger rooms - better for two. Good experience for one night, very good breakfast facilities well presented. Why not more tha one coffee machine ?

Some are tired and need a refurb. EG Waterloo. Brighton. Some are great because they are new builds .eg Dover. I will often use Travelodge BUT I prefer not to have to.

No frills, just good value. Always cringe when we're on the ground floor, noise eminates from above. So even though there maybe stairs, chose upstairs if you have the choice.

It's ashame I couldnt check in before 12 as I'd worked a night shift and had to sleep I'd been up 24 hours which was quite dangerous for my health. Yet the lady on the desk was very helpful.

We like the Travel lodge in Aylesbury now that it has been refurbished and the staff are always lovely . On line booking was not user friendly when trying to access the payment page , it took 4 attempts to get through to the payment page

Good places to stay but rooms are a little lacking for the price nowadays. No hairdryer, no aircon in the ones I’ve stayed in and bathrooms a little tired. You need to come up to Premier Inn standards as your prices are the same now

Basic, clean and very over priced on Tuesday nights and Wednesday night. Makes it an expensive option for contractors working away from home.

Location stuck in middle of nowhere but perfectly ok if u have a car. No frills basic room. Tv, tea/coffee etc. Bed was comfortable. Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Quiet at night at long as windows closed...traffic noise heard on trunk road. (A14). Small car park. Bath/shower. Toilet could have been cleaner and floor looking faded but really if u want no frills then its ideal. Little chef next door is closed. Bring back a takeaway from nearby Stowmarket

It was simplicity itself to make our booking, however, we were surprised by the different daily rates.

Getting a reservation in the UK for September was fairly easy. However, cancelling one reservation was hard to do: when going through the process it would be interrupted, ( and ended), with a message that said it was interrupted hue” to an unexpected error”. Very frustrating.

Easy to book but why so expensive for people staying to visit family? Leisure rates could be lower!!

Pleasantly surprised how nice it was considering my previous stay at a Travelodge. Room was clean, although very warm on a fairly cold summers day. I would dread to think what it would be like on a hot sunny day, however they did provide a fan which gave some relief. There is a McDonald’s, KFC, Costa, Tesco Express plus a lovely bakery / cafe just outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Easy enough to book but app is not very user friendly. Hard to go back through pages to check details and to identify hotels that are in a similar area to others.

It was easy to book our room for the night plus I rang the hotel to check on shuttle service to Gatwick airport and the person on the phone was very polite and helpful
