“Room was smelling it was noisy throughout the night, there was no cleaning at room,broken hair was all over feel like sick. There was no shampoo at the shower. Check desk was closed until 3pm all guests were waiting in queue to check in, no one was there even to allow 10minuts before. Room was very expensive like 5star but unfortunately it was 1star. I will never use this hotel again.”

“I would have given a 5. But I had a question and when I rang the number was informed of the cost of the call, so I rang off. IF one is offering breakfast and only one person is going to be occupying the room I don't want to be paying £11 for two breakfasts. There is no option to order one which I do not understand? So I didn't order one. Will make sure I have something with me.”
