“Needs to be the option to request things .The room booked is a twin with a zip link bed option .However there is nowhere to show which option you would like . Tried phoning but no reply .”

“Freya made us feel welcome from the start.Our stay was good value but the breakfast boxes were disappointing.Yogurt would have been an acceptable addition.”

“Your booking system is very good , but l have sent reviews about the travel lodge at scotch corner eg the outside area is untidy and some of the people at the deck were unfriendly you have never acted on my comments”

“It's very easy to find a Travelodge close to my intended place to stay, and the suggestions of nearby hotels are helpful. It's also very easy to book online, with transparent pricing and information about the hotel and its facilities. What I don't like is the reminders about a search I may make if I don't complete a booking for whatever reason. One reminder is acceptable, but on one occasion I received four reminders in the space of one morning, which was completely unacceptable.”

“Booking online was easy, with good pictures of rooms & bathrooms. Easy to book the 2 rooms we needed. Paying was easy with separate invoices for each room. Great can’t wait to see it on our mini break”

“Booking experience was reasonably easy but it was frustrating not to have any photos come up. I don't know whether this was a problem with your site or with my computer but I had to go to Trip Adviser to be able to look up photos of properties.”
