“Booked a room in Glasgow 1st December 2023 using my credit card. The payment appeared to be unaccepted, tried 3 times with this card then used another card which showed having been accepted. When I checked my e-mail There appears to be four bills from you for the same booking. Phoned immediately was told customer services would contact me within 5 days to sort this out. Still waiting 10 days later”

“I booked last night on the saver rate and this morning the same booking was cheaper! I can’t rebook at this cheaper rate because my more expensive rate is non refundable.”

“No hand soap and the aircon wasn't working (though it still made a noise fooling you that it was doing something!) so it was an uncomfortably hot nights sleep. Good location though!”

“Me and another customer and his children complained of the flying ants in the room and heard the staff joking about him and his children should be used of flies were there from (africa) there were urine stains around the hotel some sort of toilet cleaner in the soap dispencer and the staff threatend us that if i complained she would lie to the police with her co manager(racist Stephanie) and (racist gemma)at frankly service m5 southbound.”

“Great location and staff room was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was a let down had to wait and sorry food was not great. But would not stop us coming back to the hotel many thanks.”

“We spent one night in this hotel and found it to be clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the service from all the staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel as it's in a perfect location for the tube station to get access to other parts of London.”
