“Website barley works. Tried to book a hotel in Scotland for a few nights and it just kept saying issue with payment. Tried 8 times but wouldn’t do it. Nothing wrong with my card etc. All details 100% correct. I’m off to premier inn. Bye”

“Easy booking process, extremely competitive prices and great deals. En-suite with evening, 2 course meal and unlimited breakfast worked out at £60 per person overnight. Seeing as the York Christmas market is on at the time we are staying I found this to be exceptionally good value for money. I have, personally, stayed at Travelodge on many occasions and have absolutely no qualms about booking again, and again! Rooms have always been clean, breakfast exceptional and staff friendly, approachable and professional.”

“Wasted a lot of time visiting the hotel site which only gives rates for staying on the day you are on line (ie: today). No opportunity to put in the date several weeks ahead when you actually want to stay. Had to find another route. Wanted this location or would have gone elsewhere.?”

“I made 4 attempts to make the booking on one day but when it came to making the payment it was impossible to make any more progress. The following day I tried again and was able to complete the booking. However, the time wasted and frustration generated on the first day meant that it was a much less-than-satisfactory experience.”

“Easy to book and the property looks good. Would be higher if the affiliation was with the Wyndham brand as Travelodge is in other countries. I understand independent business reasons though.”
