“Booking our holiday was very easy and we look forward to visiting travel lodge for the first time, we love Torquay and have visited many times, but now we need to relax after the loss of our daughter.look forward to being g there.”

“I stay here monthly due to work rota, reception staff is always helpful, rooms are nice and it's always affordable.”

“My booking was cancelled last minute, and by last minute I mean while I was standing at the check-in desk! I went left stranded in the middle of the night with no assistance from the hotel. I have contacted customer service to resolve my complaint, but so far I have had no luck”

“This is a review of the booking process not the hotel. Booking the hotel was stressful. The website was clunky and non-responsive at times and crashed a couple of times. Nearly gave up. Nothing against the hotel or chain just the booking portal.”

“We were in a room next to two dogs and lots of children who ran up and down the corridor all evening with the dogs. We mentioned it the next morning to reception who said they would send us a voucher as compensation but we didn't receive anything. Apart from the issues mentioned the hotel is in a lovely location by the lake.”

“Was expecting a workers hotel. What I got was a group of long stay council residents. A group of drunk men riding the lift. And a bathroom that wasn’t spotlessly clean.”
