“Very easy to book”

“Contacting Travelodge is difficult. The number given to contact is a premium no, that costs 13 pence per minute and waiting times are long. I could not find the email to contact, when replied to Travelodge's email, I had a message that the email could not be delivered. They should have a better system for contacting them.”

“I always go with Travelodge any time I go away, whether it is a single night or a week as I am confident that the accessibility for my wheelchair is guaranteed. I have alway received fabulous support and service when staying at any of the hotels. 5* every time. They are always well maintained, clean and just a lovely place to stay.”

“WE HAD A MOBILITY ROOM ON OUR LAST STAY 17th OF JULY. THE ROOM WAS FIRST CLASS AND WE SHALL BE RETURNING ON THE 30th THIS SUNDAY FOR ANOTHER STAY. LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. James & Jennifer”

“The website is well designed and the offer is open and fair, including the references to street noise. Parking is difficult and expensive, as there is no cheap overnight offer of 22-10°° and 32.5 pounds is too expensive, sorry.”
