“The problem I had was nearly booking for the evening of the day I was booking it, rather than the day in the future that I had intended. This happened several times and had to be corrected each time. It was frustrating. If the dates in/out and number of people staying are put in first, it shouldn't revert to the actual day you are entering the data.”

“I was unfamiliar with the website and so found it slightly difficult to navigate, especially in making sure which Portsmouth hotel I was looking at. I did sort it out and think that my next experience will be easier.”
